I find that the pigment builds up better with beauty bay shadows packing it on and then blending because I used to have the same problem with some of the shadows

If you'd like to start doing water eyeliner I suggest Glisten Cosmetics! It's so easy to work with, it goes on very smooth and it doesn't absorb the water like that palette. It's pigmented and has a great consistency! Very good for beginners and advanced! Highly recommend it! (:

My feeling on REM is that there's something off about it lol the marketing is kind of bland and it''s annoying that every celebrity thinks they need a makeup line. Some good and relatively affordable cake liners are from Glisten Cosmetics. They perform so well and there's sooooooo many options to choose from!

Oh and keep a glass of water, dip liner brush in it each time so you have plenty of water to mix with much easier to work with then
